If you’ve never seen Dr. Sana at Westlock Chiropractic before, please book here for your Initial Assessment according to your age group.

For Children:

A parent or authorized guardian is required to be present for all assessments and treatment visits.

ONLY book a follow up appointment if you've completed an Initial Assessment. You have two options, based on time.

If your case is more complex or you’d like multiple areas addressed, please book a longer appointment to allow enough time for comprehensive care.
